- Jade Buddha Temple:
Famous for its huge stature of Buddha carved out of a single piece of white jade
- Yuyuan Garden:
Was built in 1559 by a high official of the Ming dynasty intending to entertain his parents. The exquisite layout, beautiful scenery, and the artistic style of the garden architecture are where the charm of Yu Yuan lies.
- Shanghai Museum:
As a museum of ancient Chinese art, Shanghai Museum possesses a collection of 120,000 precious works of art. Its rich and high-quality collection of ancient Chinese bronze, ceramics, painting and calligraph is specially celebrated in the world
- Huangpu River Cruise:
The Huangpu River, mother river of Shanghai, divides Shanghai into two parts: Puxi (downtown area) and Pudong (new economic development zone). It averages 400 m wide and 9 m deep, totaling 114 kilometers long. A cruise on the river is one of the best ways to see both old and new Shanghai.

Nanjing Road, known at home and abroad as the number-one business thoroughfare in China, is a symbol of Shanghai's rapid business expansion. Because of the impact of commerce conducted here, this road's past and future will affect not just Shanghai, but one-fifth of the world's population.
- Orient Pearl TV Tower: Situated within the Pudong Park in Lujiazui, in the Pudong New Area, the Oriental Pearl TV Tower is 468 meters high.

- Master of Nets Garden:
Seated down a small alley, it ranks among Suzhou gardens as one of the smallest in size. Yet the reputation of the garden, with its unrivalled aesthetical and architectural excellence, goes far beyond its physical scale.

- Humble Administrator's Garden:
Fortunately for the visitor, the prominent feature, the simplicity and openness of the Ming-style garden, has not changed much despite the reshaping of the buildings in the past centuries. The pond, streams, rocks, artificial hillocks and some of the old trees are basically the same as they were four hundred year ago.
- Grand Canal Cruise:
Like the Great Wall of China, the Grand Canal is an extremely stupendous project in the history of Chinese civilization.

- Hanshan Temple:
The famous Buddhist monk named Hanshan was said to have lived here in charge of the temple during the Tang dynasty (618 – 907), so the temple was named after him. The temple used to be one of the ten most famous temples in China.

- Yuefei Tomb:
The temple was built in memory of General Yue Fei, a great patriot of the Southern Song Dynasty (1127-1279) who did much in driving out Manchurian invaders from the north.
- Lingyin Temple:
Lingyin temple has been a famous place attracting great number of hierarchs and literators for Buddhist and cultural communications. Furthermore, there are a lot of timehonored figures of Buddha, Buddhist tools, stone towers, steles, calligraphies and paintings and other historical cultural treasures.
- Tea Plantation:
Meijiawu Village, Hangzhou is located in the West Lake District. Here elaborate tea taking ceremonies are held, you will be able to understand why partaking in tea ceremonies is of such importance in Chinese culture.

Hangzhou:
- West Lake:
Covering about four square miles, West Lake is surrounded on three sides by rolling wooded hills. At the center are the isles-Lesser Yingzhou, Mid-lake pavilion and Ruanggong Isle. Solitary Hill stands by itself on the northern lakeshore.
- Former Residence of Hu Xueyan: Here to appreciate the typical architecture of late Qing Dynasty.

Xi'an:
- Terracota Warriors & Horses:
This mighty army of terracotta warriors and horses, found in three vaults 39 km east of Xi'an and 1.5 km from the Qin emperor's mausoleum, is perhaps the most popular tourist attraction of Shaanxi. An in-site museum has been built over these pits, covering a floor space of 20,000 square metres and displaying 8,000 life-size terracotta warriors, 100 or so chariots, and 30,000 weapons - an assemblage billed as the Eighth World Wonder and a world cultural heritage site.
- Banpo Neolithic Museum: which dated back 5,000 B.C. and saw the dawn of China's painted pottery tradition.
- City Wall: Xi'an boasts the only city wall to remain intact to this day in China. Built during the early Ming on the basis of the Tang imperial city of Chang'an, and laid out on a rectangular plan 13.7 km in circumference, this wall stands 12 meters high, 12-14 meters wide at the top and 15-18 metres wide at the base.

Xi'an:
- Big Wild Goose Pagoda:
Completed in 652, or the 3rd year of Yonghui reign of the Tang emperor Gaozong, the 64.1-metre-high Greater Wild-Goose Pagoda in Ci'en Temple is a pavilion-like brick structure whose serene and well-proportioned form has become the emblem of the city of Xi'an. A later comer during the Tang, the Lesser Wild-Goose Pagoda in Jianfu Temple is an exquisite and graceful 43.3-metre-high structure with 13 floors.
- Shaanxi History Museum:
It is a comprehensive museum with more than 370,000 exhibits of different times and kinds.
- Great Mosque: one of the oldest, largest and best-preserved Islamic mosques in China. Occupying an area of over 12,000 square meters, the Great Mosque is divided into four courtyards, 250 meters long and 47 meters wide with a well-arranged layout. Landscaped with gardens, the further one strolls into its interior, the more serene one feels.

Day 11

- Tiananmen Square:
Large enough to hold 1 million people, the 440,000-square-metre Tian’anmen Square in the centre or Beijing is the world’s largest city square, where sunrises and sunsets are observed solemnly with national flag hoisting and lowering ceremonies.
- Forbidden City:
was the imperial palace for the Ming and Qing. Built during the 1406-1420 period, it is the largest royal palatial complex in existence in China
- Mutton Hot Pot (Dong-Lai-Shun Tiananmen):
- Temple of Heaven: China’s largest temple and alter are found in Temple of Heaven, part of a 273 hectare park in Chongwen District today. Built in 1420, it was where Ming and Qing monarchs prayed for good harvests.
- Acrobatic Show (bjs):
As early as in the Spring and Autumn Period, the art of acrobatics made its debut in China. The first type of acrobatics developed was strength acrobatics, with warriors whirling heavy wheels with their hands.

Beijing:
- Great Wall (Juyongguan):
the 6350 km Great Wall was in China’s feudal years a mammoth defense bulwark that serpentines its way across mountains and valleys in the northern part of the country
- Ming Tomb (Changling): the tomb of Emperor Yongle (reigned 1403-1424).
Compared to the other 12 tombs the Changling is the largest and best preserved.
- Sacred Way:
The Holy Way leading to the Ming Tombs is flanked on both sides by 30-odd men and horses and other animals carved in graphic images out of massive boulders.
- Beijing Roast Duck (Quan-Ju-De Jinsong):
Beijing Roast Duck is representative of all exotic food Beijing has to offer. There are so many Peijing roast duck restaurants in the city nowadays, but the Quanjude Beijing Duck Restaurant, which has been around for the last 130 years.

Peijing Opera is a purely Chinese opera form with a history dating back to 1790. That year, four local opera troupes of Anhui Province came to Beijing on a performance tour by order of the imperial court. The tour was a hit and the troupes stayed. The artists absorbed the tunes of the local Hubei opera and drew on the best of Kun Qu, Qin Qiang, Bang Zi and other local operas
